I offer couples therapy to all relationship types. I've worked with couples who have been together for a short amount time, and those who have been together for many years. My goal in every scenario is to help you and your partner develop the skills needed to relate to each other more effectively.
I am trained in and use Gottman Method Couples Therapy, an evidence-based treatment that incorporates proven assessment techniques and interventions. Gottman Method Couples Therapy is a highly effective approach based on decades of research with more than 3,000 couples. During counseling, we focus on the couple as a unit and gain an understanding of any challenges you face from a systemic perspective. My counseling services are typically solution-focused with specific and attainable therapeutic goals. It’s designed with “the end in mind,” and not intended to be long-term.
