Out of Network: Many insurance plans have out-of-network benefits. For more information contact your insurance provider about your individual coverage. Many clients utilize their out-of-network benefits and are reimbursed at comparable rates to in-network providers. Your insurance provider will give you more information about co-payment and if there are limitations to the amount of sessions you may attend. I will provide you with receipts to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, please make sure to contact your insurance provider for more information on their reimbursement policies.
The value of a 50 minute appointment is $150. We do offer a limited number of sliding scale fee appointment times, based on income.
We accept credit card or Health Savings Account (HSA). Please be prepared to pay for services at the time of your session.
I understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or life happenings. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged the full session fee ($150) for late cancel/no show. Insurance and sliding scale fees are not applicable to the late cancellation fee.

Before our first appointment together, we will send a link to your email, to complete initial paperwork via the Simple Practice client portal. Please complete paperwork at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to allow your therapist adequate time to review and ensure proper fit.
